TFTOne — fleet & accounting software built for Indian transporters
TFTOne runs your fleet from your phone. Trips, ledgers, FASTag, freight, repairs, bills — one app, used daily by transporters running 10 to 1000 vehicles across Punjab, Haryana, and UP.
Who it's for
Tanker operators. Bulker fleets. Freight brokers. Owners who still close the month in Excel and reconstruct trips from WhatsApp threads. If your office runs on a clerk, a Tally desktop in the corner, and a CA who comes in twice a month — TFTOne is built for you.
What it does
Trip management
Every trip is a first-class object — onward + return legs, multi-party freight, journey entries, debit/credit notes, expenses, attachments. Per-trip P&L visible on the owner's phone before approving the next dispatch.
FASTag reconciliation
Upload the weekly FASTag CSV from your bank — HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Paytm. 600+ rows reconcile against vehicle-wise FASTag heads, with per-toll detail mapped to trips. No more lump-sum "Toll Expense" booking at month-end.
Used daily by a 50-bulker Punjab fleet.
Vendor bill matching
Diesel pumps and workshops send monthly bills. TFTOne matches each bill line against your debit notes by date + amount + description — surfaces unmatched rows for review, attaches the bill PDF for GST input claim, and keeps the audit trail.
Bank reconciliation
Import your bank statement. Match against ledger entries — driver advances, vendor payments, freight receipts. Settle in bulk. The bank book in TFTOne stays in sync with your real HDFC/ICICI statement, not 3 weeks behind.
Driver ledger
Per-driver running balance, per-trip settlement, Peshggi / advance tracking. The owner pulls up Kamaljeet on his phone and sees exactly how much the driver is carrying right now.
Freight broker module
For brokers: party ↔ vendor intermediary entries, margin, commission, party / vendor shortage, detention (holding) charges. Multi-party freight on a single trip, with the books tracking who owes who.
Repair, fuel, document tracking
Per-vehicle repair logs with bill references. Per-fill diesel tracking. Document expiry matrix (insurance, fitness, permit, PUC) — alerts before renewal.
Tally-compatible export
Push summarised vouchers from TFTOne into Tally fortnightly. Your CA's workflow doesn't change. GSTR-1 and 3B file the same way they have for 8 years.
Per-tenant Form Setup
Every fleet calls things differently — "Detention" vs "Holding" vs "Demmurage". TFTOne's Form Setup lets you rename fields, add custom entry types, change calculated formulas, and route entries to your own account heads. No code, no developer.
How fast we ship
The thing that separates TFTOne from the generic ERPs is the feedback loop. Customers WhatsApp a bug or a feature request. Most ship within days, not quarters.
Some recent examples:
- A Yamuna Nagar tanker fleet asked for per-driver overrides on round-trip notes. Shipped the next day.
- A Punjab bulker fleet wanted the freight form to calculate net amount after detention + shortage automatically. Form Setup config update — shipped in an hour, no deployment.
- A broker wanted bulk-OUT for inventory with shared notes at the bill level. Shipped same week.
- A 50-bulker fleet wanted the bank statement matcher to be smarter about substring matches. Heuristic upgrade shipped two days later.
What's not in TFTOne
We're honest about what we don't do today:
- We're not Tally. We don't file your GST. We export to Tally so your CA does that, the way they already do.
- We don't replace your accountant. We make their daily entry 3× faster.
- We don't sell hardware. We integrate with the AIS-140 device you already have.
Who's using it
Active customers today include a 50-bulker cement transporter in Punjab, a 167-vehicle tanker fleet in Yamuna Nagar, a freight broker handling Punjab–Rajasthan corridor, and a BB Logistics tanker operation. Each runs TFTOne daily — trips entered by clerks, drivers tracked from the owner's phone, monthly close in a day instead of a week.
